These are the basic terms for using AGICADE’s free browser games. They are plain-language project terms and are not represented as having received legal review.
Using the arcade
You may access and play the games for personal entertainment. Do not disrupt the site, attempt to access systems without permission or use the site to infringe the rights of others.
Availability and sessions
Games are provided as available. Browser compatibility, hosting availability and game rules may change. Sessions are temporary; refreshing or closing a page can lose progress. No account, purchase or persistent save is required.
Original work and permissions
The AGICADE name, site writing, game code and original artwork remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Public availability does not by itself grant permission to republish the entire collection. Third-party software remains subject to its own license.
Limitations
We aim to keep the site functional and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or suitability for every device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is offered without warranties. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
External services
External websites and hosting services have their own terms and practices. AGICADE does not control those services. Future advertising, if introduced, will be disclosed separately.
Updates and contact
